Getting there....

Dining room from kitchen
Kitchen from entrance
Living room from steps
Master bath

We're living in the house now! The exterior still has a ways to go, but inside we're feeling pretty comfortable...especially with the heated concrete floors. It's been too long since I've posted, but I don't have time to go into great detail. Pictures are worth a thousand words, right?

This looks awesome. When did you guys get in? and how good does it feel? The light in your house looks like it's totally amazing especially in the living room. You guys did a great job with the selections you made with the stairwell railings the kitchen cabinets the bathrooms and so on and so on. What a great looking home, Congrats!

Great job on the house! Where did you build? I am so glad to hear that you are also doing a modern, SIP home. I will also link you up to my blog, sjodindreamhome.blogspot.com

I'd love to see pictures of your exterior. Good luck with the completion and hope you celebrate soon!

Regards,
Myleen

we got in on March 9, but the exterior is still in shambles. they are working away today on the siding...it is corrugated metal with sections of prodema. i'm anxious to post pics once it's done...a few more weeks, i think. the landscaping will be a whole other story...what a muddy mess. (jan and myleen - we're in madison, wi...you can see sketches of the house in some of my earliest postings...it's amazing how accurate they are. matt (my husband) is the architect and did all of the design work on this project) thanks for all the compliments...it's nice to know some people actually appreciate modern design.

Laura and Matt - your house looks beautiful! All your hard work and patience is worth it! I especially love the view outside from the living room - all the pine trees makes it look like you're in the Northwoods! Looking forward to seeing it in person!
